car radio unlock codes help:

Hi, ok so your having a little difficulty with unlocking your radio, don't worry we will try to help you.

If you have entered too many wrong codes into your stereo you may have locked it, try leaving the ignition on for a while, this can take up to 2 hours,

If your stereo is still locked after a long period with the ignition on then sorry you may have blocked the radio, try your main dealers or specialist stereo decoding company as our remote decoders will not work for you.

Just because your stereo is in a ford or fiat etc does not mean its made by them, to check who manufactures your radio look at the label on the rear or side of stereo or maybe even on the top of your stereo, here you will see a manufacturer like blaupunkt

Once you have made payment we will instantly send the download link to your email address, just click the link when prompted and save the file to your computer "save it to a place you can remember" you may need to unzip the file and a free unzipping tool can be downloaded by clicking here, Now open the file and use the instructions for that decoder to generate your code. any problems just contact us at  info@radiocodes.info

My stereo wont accept the unlock code i've generated.

If you find that you are unable to enter any digits, leave your radio powered up for 1 hour to unlock it's self.

If this fails the unit may need specialist decoding from your main dealer..

Where do i find my stereo manufacturer?

The label on the rear or side of your stereo will show the manufacturers name,

How do i remove the stereo?

See stereo removal at the bottom of this page

Ive tried downloading the decoder software but now the link has expired.

We give you 3 download attempts, this is to stop our decoders being spread around the internet and people getting our decoders for free, if you need the link reactivating please send us the transaction id, the decoder purchased and the expired link.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Below are some simple instructions for our decoders

WARNING: not all stereos can be unlocked with a decoder, sometimes the only way is through your main dealer, we accept no refunds for decoders bought by mistake.

Becker:

Simply enter the first 4 numbers of the serial code into the software, also try the last 4 digits of the serial, if you get stuck just email us your transaction id and make, model, serial of radio

Blaupunkt:

The blaupunkt calculator asks you to enter 10 digits from the radio as follows:

Example:

BPX754X1934286

The first three numbers "754" are found in the model number of the radio

First find the paper label on the right hand side of the radio

All Blaupunkts have a part number starting with a number like 7 643

Followed by further numbers like 754 010 (7643 754 010)

Make a note of the three numbers in the position where 754 (as above)

The radio also has a serial number printed on a label and engraved into the chassis of the radio.

Hint:

The serial number may look like this: BP7754Y1682854.

You will notice that the three numbers from the model are also found just in front of the letter Y in the middle of the serial number. NOTE: This letter may be different on each radio.

Now you have all 10 digits (7541682854) enter them into the calculator, Once you are happy you have entered the correct code correctly into the calculator press "calculate code" The calculator will then produce the unlock code for that stereo.

For Vauxhall/Opel Model sc202 (c)

Example model number: 7 641 850 620 with an example serial number GM1202N4825428 engraved into the chassis of the radio on the right hand side enter the numbers 850 from the model number example above followed by the seven digits after the letter N from the serial number so the number will look like: 8504825428, Enter this into the code calculator

On models manufactured before 1991 take the last 3 digits of the model ie 7 641 850 "620"

2 Codes will be generated i.e 0548 and 6548, The first code (0548) is for use with older models that only accept 1 or 0 as the first digit, The second code (6548) is for use with more recent units

For fiat, Peugeot and Alfa Romeo blaupunkt just enter the serial into the blaupunkt fiat Peugeot Alfa Romeo calculator

The last BP code calculator we send asks you to select make of stereo and then enter the full serial
